Sylvie nails

I recently purchased the Sylvie nails these are comparable with the sephora nail appliqués for example. You can find a lot of different nail stickers from a lot of different brands. I have tried the sephora ones and the work fine.

The Sylvie nails are only available in the Netherlands for as far as I know. There are 20 different prints. I got the lace one. You get 24 stickers in the side the package.

They start with the small ones for your pinky and end with stickers that are supposed to be for your thumb, but the ones that you get for your thumb are huge. I have never seen somebody with such a big thumbnail. So I think that it is a waste of your money because a lot of girls wouldn't use them.
When I took one of the stickers of the material felt really thick and wasn't easy to apply. After applying all 10 stickers I wasn't happy. There weren't flat on my nails there were a lot of bumps. After a day they already came off.
So conclusion this is a product I wouldn't repurchase.

Dutch competition!!

We entered a dutch competition. This is something we love to do. Can you imagine doing something that you love and that gives you the greatest feeling in the world. That is kind of how we felt when we saw the picture on facebook. We thought that they already made their decision because we couldn't find anything on their facebook page about the contest anymore. But then we saw the picture and our heart skipped a beat and we got excited again.

Nothing is sure yet, but we keep our fingers crossed and we can still hope. Hoping this will help us reaching our coal. Which is helping people with make up, fashion, hair, etc. Not that we are professionals, but we are just sharing our thoughts.

Cute design with Essie matte about you!!

I have been kind of struggling with the fact that I didn't really like my nail polishes to have a matte finish. So when I walked in the drugstore and saw the mattifying top coat something inside of me said; you will never know if you don't try. Now let me explain something to you guys first. I have a bit of a nail polish obsession. And, when I mean obsession I mean huge draw full of every kind or color of nail polish you can think of.
So when I see a new polish my fingers get kind of itchy and most of the time grab the nail polish of the display shelf. It wasn't really like that when I saw the "Essie matte about you" polish right away. I walked past it a couple of times and eventually my curiosity won.
So when I got home and opened it I put one coat of this on top of my black nail polish and I got a beautiful matte finish. I loved it and it dried so quickly unbelievable.

Just a black nailpolish
With the Essie matte about you top coat.

It has really transformed my nail polish collection and doubled my manicure possibilities!
So I also did a cute little and easy design.
The only extra thing you need is a nail polish with a really thin brush.
Or you could use a thin nail polish brush and some regular black nail polish.

With the thin little brush create a view stripes and stop halfway your nail. Make some a little bit longer then others and make sure you start them from left to right and the other way around. Let this dry and you have got yourself a tiger print easy and quick.

Sorry about the camera quality my photo camera is broken.
Don't put a top coat on it because that would ruin your design. Have fun creating your own designs and leave some pictures.

Maybelline Super Stay 10H tint gloss.

Maybelline came out with a new lipproduct that is a tinted gloss as they say.

Usually we are sort of sceptical about products that claim to last up for a couple of hours. But it couldn't hurt to try this one out.
The two we bought are:

 180  Lasting pink.
540 Endless ruby,

The packaging is okay not to big and the colors are good for finding the gloss in your purse (the white really shows up). Overall we think it hasn't got a really special standing out feature. When you open it it has a soft sponge applicator with a hole in it. As you smear it on your lips it doesn't feel like a normal gloss it feels more like a lipstick that absorbs in like one minute.

Because of the hole in the applicator we find it tricky to get a full on, proper application. If you give a kiss on your hand it doesn't transfer, but when you have a couple of drinks or you eat something moist it does come off and you need to re-apply it.

So we can say that we're disappointed.

We think in the US/Canada this range has ten shades, but like in the UK we have five in our local drugstore here in the Netherlands.
Normally the price is € 11,99
But we bought them for  € 9,99.
We hope this will help you guys. Look out for some new videos. And, if you want a review about another product let us know.

Garnier BB Cream miracle skin perfector combination to oily skin.

Hi Beautylovers,
So I have been waiting for a drugstore BB cream that is especially made for combination to oily skin types. After trying a few of the normal BB creams the problam that I have is that after a few hours of putting on the cream my natural oils would come through the make up. And, normally it happens with using a normal foundation as well. I just get really greasy at the end of the day, but not as fast with the BB creams. I have used a setting powder, but that didn't help controlling the oils either.
One month after releasing the "Miracle Skin Perfector All in One BB Cream" Garnier came out with the combination to oily based BB cream here in the Netherlands. Hurray!!!

About the product.

The 5 things garnier claims about this product.
It comes in a tube that you have to squeeze which I like because it makes it feel more hygienic when I apply it on my face.

It has a liquid product inside and when I smear it on my face it feels like a day cream. It does leave a kind of dewy feeling to the skin when I touch it, but not that it feels greasy.

I have bought the light/clair version, but I have recently purchased the medium one as well because I got a tan. I would recommend applying the product with your fingers because it works like a day cream. It is a really sheer coverage and I feel like it is not really buildable. So it doesn't work like a foundation.

In the drugstores here the price is €9,95.

I would definitely repurchase this product.
